The Intimacy of Giants
An elephant's amber eye emerges from a landscape of deeply wrinkled skin, each fold bearing the texture of a lifetime. In this intimate portrait, the animal's immense size disappears, replaced by a quiet, watchful gaze. A reminder that even the largest creatures can reveal their beauty in the smallest details. I chose similar photograph for the cover of my book BIG, celebrating the majesty and extraordinary presence of the world's largest animals.
